This piece was brilliant . . obviously Anton went through this and learned much. Many should benefit from this truth and wisdom. My story is similar but of course different. Divorce was hard but my motivation was because I finally found the companion that was right for me . . and her since she too was not happy in her previous marraige. While the nearly 50 years of living with someone I wished would change . . she didn't and thus it was never what I wanted. Over time it got worse, much worse. Three kids in the mix early in the marraige made it impossible for me to leave and for that I am happy. They are great adults and we have a great relationship Everentually I found the courage, conviction and fortitude to make a change. To this day I take a huge financial hit but it's worth it and now life is WONDERFUL.
