I would love to hear from people who understand Chinese culture more how they see it. Either way I’m seeing all the red flags. Maybe this is a referendum on why America is great.
Interesting post. I had never heard about this. I think it’s sad if Jackie wasn’t a nice father, to Jaycee. But it was nuts of Jaycee to have any amount of marijuana. Marijuana is a classified as a narcotic in China and possession can lead to years in prison, and trafficking or smuggling may carry the death penalty. Can’t imagine why he would risk it. Jaycee may have believed his privilege as Jackie Chan’s son gave him immunity. He’s lucky he only got 6 months.
