I'm curious what your new strategy is, then? High level overview?

Allow me if you would be so kind, I'm speaking from a completely Neutral Position Anton.

As I see you have "Pop-Up ADDS" attached to your page. In addition to a Emailed CODE to interact with your page. We'll assume you have relatively above average IT Knowledge & Experience.

With that being said, as many who have such above average IT Experience & knowledge would commonly take advantage of specific loopholes in certain APPs, possibly one who is as IT Experienced as yourself. Unfortunately, on average, such individuals like yourself have in many occasions taken actions that are Unethical & Immoral to attain specific objectives or goals via specific loopholes in APPs.

With that being stated, why would someone pay for & apply Mail-Chimp to Substack? With Substack being an individual based Voluntary Subscription Media Application. Other than to massively falsely inflate their Subscription Total. With that being said, it is understood that the method of payout via Substack is from the individual becoming a Paid Subscriber, therefore Substack is NOT paying a individual directly, as in the case of Medium. However, Substack does track & categorize their Members based on the number of Subscribers they currently have.

By utilizing Mail-Chimp, being highly questionable to start with, could it be that Substack concluded that you were Falsely MANIPULATING their internal Data by utilizing Mail-Chimp, and applying such individuals as Subscribers, or did they, Substack, discover that said individuals from your Mail-Chimp application were in fact BOTS?

Either way, Substack concluded that your actions were so egregious that they literally stepped in and removed over half of your Subscribers manually. Therefore, I'm forced to side with Substack on this one. Your common posting in the Chat Room: "Do you have less than 100 Followers, let me help you with that." You also commonly push how to make money on Substack as well.

No matter what, you have more Subscribers than I'll likely EVER have on Substack. If your numbers are genuine then they should begin to rise back to their normal levels, but if they are not, then they won't. Only Time will tell, as Time is always the final truth in all things.

Sorry for the extended comment.
