Great article! I was exactly this. It helps to know that procrastination isn't laziness because it is so easy to beat yourself up. Fear is a different thing. Handled differently.

Yes. Logic can override emotion and sometimes that’s necessary. I love how you put it. Handled differently

Hi Anton,

Great article! I saw it the other day but was so busy so I knew I wanted to come back later. This is what I’ve been going through lately. I’ve had a major life shift which has afforded me time to decide how to move forward not only personally but professionally as well. I know in the depths of my heart how I want to show up for myself and others in the future (and have known for a very long time) but until recently I didn’t know how afraid I was to take the leap until it was pointed out to me. I’ve dumped so much money into courses and certifications prepping for the day I would be “ready” to get out into the world. But all I’d been doing is playing it safe. Putting the knowledge to use in the world is a whole ‘nuther ball game…😅 But it’s true what you said, when you share your expertise with others it reinforces the confidence in yourself. I know when I “own it” I can inspire so many. But the blocks show up when you want to go big and then you begin to think you don’t know enough yet, etc. I’ve had a lifetime of lessons that could be very invaluable to a lot of people. It’s time I got out of my own way. All this to say thank you for reinforcing the messages the universe has already been sending to me.,Now I’m going to take a breath and move forward because I can’t play small anymore. 🫶
